THE GROWTH SYSTEM
One system, built in stages.
Visibility, acquisition, conversion, and efficiency — each stage depends on the one before it. OXAI runs all four as a single system, in that order, prioritised to match what a business needs and can invest now. Growth holds because the sequence is right, whether the engagement covers one stage or all four.
THE FOUR STAGES

AI Systems Architect
I design high-end digital products where precision meets intelligence. Each project is built to elevate brand value, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable results.
I set the strategic direction — every brief, every system, every decision runs through me. With 7 years across product design, UX architecture, and AI integration, I build and deliver every project personally, using AI agents to scale execution without adding headcount.
Yes. Most engagements begin with a single stage — a website build, a search visibility programme, an automation project. The system is structured so the remaining stages integrate later without rebuilding what already exists.
Existing sites on Webflow, Wix Studio, and Shopify can be worked on directly — design, conversion, and search improvements without migration. WordPress is supported for search and technical SEO work; design and build work is not undertaken on WordPress.
Yes, and it's a common starting point. When these sit with separate providers, they rarely pull in the same direction. The work is brought into one system under a single point of accountability, beginning with the area costing the most.
B2B and B2C, product and service — clinics, trade and industrial companies, e-commerce, and professional services. Based in New Zealand, working with clients internationally. All engagements are delivered remotely.
Through a written brief or an introductory call, whichever suits. Ahead of a call, a short set of questions is sent in advance so the conversation is specific rather than general. Once the direction is agreed: a contract, a checklist of what's required from your side — brand assets, content, platform access — and a 50% deposit to commence.
Scope and content readiness determine the schedule. As a guide: a 4–5 page website in approximately 5 working days once content is supplied; sites of 12 pages or more, 2–3 weeks; complex builds involving large data sets, custom systems, AI chatbots, or AI-generated content, 4 weeks and beyond. Search, advertising, and automation timelines are scoped individually.
By scope and complexity, quoted individually. Following the initial conversation you receive a fixed quote against a defined scope — no hourly billing, no open-ended costs. A 50% deposit commences the work; the balance falls due at completion, prior to handover and launch.
Two rounds per stage are included in the fixed quote. Changes beyond that, or requests that fall outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately before any work proceeds — the fixed price stays fixed.
Delivered work is covered for 30 days after handover: any bugs or errors are fixed at no cost. Beyond that, ongoing support is available either as individual pieces of work, quoted on request, or as a monthly retainer covering maintenance, search, advertising, and automation — shaped around what the site actually needs and how often. A site left without maintenance loses ground; the level of support is set with you, not assumed.
